In the footage, Bhardwaj boasted about assaulting the father of a protester, inflicting severe injuries that required multiple stitches. The influencer's online profiles, which frequently featured provocative content and assertions of close ties to political figures, came under intense public and police scrutiny after the video spread. His detention occurred after law enforcement authorities assured demonstrators that they would take action against him.
