Philippine Vice President Sara Duterte expressed serious concerns for her personal safety and that of her children upon arriving at the Quezon City Hall of Justice. Duterte is currently facing an arrest warrant related to three counts of grave threats, with bail established at 120,000 pesos for each charge. In a public statement, she revealed that she has been documenting instances of harassment and threats directed at her since 2023. Despite separating herself from her family to attend the court proceedings, Duterte noted that police officers still followed her, leading her to feel highly insecure about her life.
