Thailand-listed developer Asset World Corp has partnered with Universal Destinations & Experiences to construct the country's first DreamWorks Animation-themed hotel in Pattaya. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2033, the project will be situated within the 16,000-square-metre Aquatique mixed-use destination. The property will comprise a 300-room hotel and an integrated water park inspired by popular animated franchises such as Kung Fu Panda, Shrek, Madagascar, and How to Train Your Dragon. Additionally, the development is planned to feature beachfront dining, retail outlets, wellness services, and themed entertainment spaces aimed at expanding Thailand's family tourism market.
