Authorities in Dhaka have taken three individuals into custody following reports of vandalism at a studio owned by content creator Salman Muqtadir. The incident occurred on Saturday night at the New Guini Properties facility located in the ECB Chattar area. While Muqtadir publicly reported that his workspace suffered significant destruction, local law enforcement officials have clarified the nature of the event. According to Assistant Commissioner Nazmul Alam of the Cantonment zone, the disturbance was not a targeted attack against the creator, nor was it related to extortion. Instead, police investigations indicate that the conflict arose from an ongoing land dispute between New Guini Properties Limited and the owner of an adjacent plot of land. As of the latest reports, no formal legal case has been registered regarding the destruction of the property.
