The second Future of Workforce Summit 2026 recently convened in Dubai to address the significant transformations occurring within the regional labor market. During the opening session, Khaleej Times Chief Content Officer Ted Kemp emphasized that the responsibilities of human resource professionals are increasingly critical as workplace dynamics shift. Kemp noted that the coexistence of multiple generations with diverse professional expectations, combined with the region's emergence as a global center for innovation and business, necessitates a new approach to talent management. The event gathered policymakers, senior executives, and HR experts at Address Skyview to discuss how organizations must adapt to changing career trajectories and evolving employee requirements in this period of rapid transition.
